Shipping & Returns Policy
Post and Packaging Information:
We use An Post Couriers. The cost is based on the amount you spend as follows and sent anywhere in Ireland:
- Up to €70.00 cost is €5.95
- All orders over €70.00 FREE OF CHARGE*
* Please note that due to heavy weight, ammunition is excluded from our FREE SHIPPING offer.
Post and Packaging Info:
We will make every effort to dispatch goods ordered before 12 mid-day to be despatched that day.
Delivery for the Republic of Ireland :
Delivery times are based on items being in stock. We do our best to ensure all items are in stock but in the event that an ordered item is currently out of stock, please allow 7-10 days.
Delivery prices may change if delivery items are heavy or bulky (see below). We reserve the right to change these charges without notice. In the event where we have taken an order, charged carriage and are unable to ship for this cost, we will contact you immediately and give you the new cost and the option to cancel the order.
Delivery for the UK
We use An Post Couriers to deliver in the UK. Deliveries weighing up to 20kg are €9.95.
Contact us if you wish to discuss the costs Delivery for outside the Rep. of Ireland and the UK On receipt of the order, we will calculate the shipping cost and contact you with this information within 24 hours. If you are satisfied with the quoted carriage cost, the order will be processed immediately. If not, you can choose to cancel the order.
Heavy and/or bulky items:
For some products, the regular shipping rates may not apply. This may be due to the size, shape or weight of the items. We will contact you within 24 hours if we cannot ship these items for the quoted carriage costs. We will advise you of the revised delivery costs and at this stage have the option of cancelling the order.
We offer a return policy.
If a product that you have bought from www.activehuntingireland.ie is faulty or not working we will exchange or repair the product or offer a credit note. Return postage must be paid by the customer and sent by registered post. If the item is lost in transit upon return it is up to the customer to track and find the product. There are NO REFUNDS on DVD's.

When a product is purchased and a courier is used and the item is lost or damaged in transit, it is between the customer and the courier used to resolve the problem.
